TSBE's May 2016 Reports Show Improved Trading Conditions
Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) recently released its third Business Confidence Survey Report with the support of Lawrence Consulting. Business Confidence is a key economic indicator measuring the extent of optimism businesses feel regarding their profitability and growth.
Results show that business performance has significantly improved over the last 6 months recording an overall 9% increase, led by an overwhelmingly positive confidence in the Financial & Insurance Services sector (+37.1%).
Similarly, TSBE's Consumer Confidence Survey Report indicated a rise in consumers' optimism for business and labour conditions, promising the region a bright future.
