AustCham Shanghai is led by a team at the Secretariat who look after the day-to-day operations of the Chamber. The Chamber has 4 departments across Membership, Events and Communications, Business Engagement and Finance and Administration.
CEO and Executive Director
Simon Woods is the CEO and Executive Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai). He leads the secretariate in all matters to provide value to members of the Chamber and broader Chinese-Australian communities.
Simon has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2016, and brings a wealth of operational, China and global management experience. Prior to his time in China, Simon resided in Australia, where he developed a diverse range of knowledge across industries including logistics, FMCG, security and finance.
Simon utilises his broad range of industry, global management, and China-Australia experience to ensure a strong strategic direction for AustCham Shanghai that maximises member value, encourages and strengthens relationships, and develops improved understanding of China and Australia.
Senior Relationship Manager
Mike Cheung is a Senior Relationship Manager at AustCham Shanghai and works with members to further their business interests by ensuring they have access to all the networking, support, advocacy and services that the Chamber provides.
Mike is responsible for working with members of the food and beverage and education industries. Prior to joining AustCham Shanghai, Mike was undertaking a Bachelor of International Relations and International Security at the Australian National University.
Senior Event and Communications Manager
Anna-May Isbey is the Senior Event and Communications Manager at the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai). She works with members and the community to further their organisational interests by creating and delivering high level events, projects and communications.
Anna-May has lived, worked and studied in China since 2014. She brings expertise in trade and government relations, public relations, television presenting in English and Mandarin, media, and education. She graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts in politics and sociology and also completed the upper-intermediate certificate in Mandarin from Jiao Tong University.

Marketing and Communications Manager
Leaf Ye is the Marketing and Communications Manager at AustCham Shanghai. Leaf manages all digital media of the Chamber, and is responsible for both online and offline marketing and communications of the Chamber's activities, events, projects and member services.
Prior to joining AustCham Shanghai, Leaf has worked with foreign government agencies and global events company. Leaf holds a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design with Honors from the University of Waikato.
Project & Event Manager
Miley Yin is the Project & Event Manager at AustCham Shanghai. In this role, Miley works closely with members and the community to coordinate business delegations and key projects and arranges professional development training programs. As a member of the newest department of the Chamber, Miley is also involved in event management and the China HQ Program.
Miley holds a master degree of Arts in English (Education/TESOL) from University of Southampton.
Relationship Associate
Jessica Wang is a Relationship Associate at AustCham Shanghai. In this role, Jessica is responsible for the administrative support tasks of the membership team as well as providing client support on business connection, market updates and networking opportunities.
Jessica holds a Master's Degree of Commerce specializing in marketing and business analytics from the University of Sydney.

Finance Manager
Judy Shen supports financial matters and general office administration tasks. Previous to joining AustCham Shanghai, Judy was a project assistant for a local shipping company. Judy has a maritime law degree from Shanghai Maritime University.

Financial and Admin Assistant
Katrina Zhong is the Financial and Admin Assistant at AustCham Shanghai. In this role, she provides support to financial matters and general office administration tasks.
Prior to joining AustCham Shanghai, Katrina worked as accountant assistant for an international trading company in New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Auckland University of Technology.
