A new campaign promoting Australian food to Chinese consumers - including beef, dairy, vegetables, and wine - could see all products sold under an Australian ‘one brand, one logo’ umbrella marketing approach in place of their own individual branding.

Led by mining magnate Andrew Forrest, the strategy aims to stop Australian brands losing out to countries like Brazil, Uruguay and New Zealand who already utilise similar marketing tactics, and to certify that Chinese consumers are buying authentic, safe and clean Australian produce by using counterfeit-proof labelling.
