2021年8月20日，全国人大常委会通过《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》，个人信息保护被课以严厉的要求。2022年7月7日，国家互联网信息办公室出台《数据出境安全评估办法》，自2022年9月1日起施行。
On August 20, 2021, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress adopted the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, imposing strict requirements on personal information protection. On July 7, 2022, the Cyberspace Administration of China issued the Measures on Security Assessment of the Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information, effective from September 1, 2022.
为了帮助在华外资企业学习数据出境合规要求，做好申报数据出境安全评估，防范数据出境和个人信息保护合规的潜在法律风险，我们君泽君律师事务所特举办本次线上法律讲座。高级合伙人王正洋律师律师将结合相关法规和实际案例对数据出境和个人信息保护实务中的重点问题进行解读分析。
