Australian Training Franchise F45 Expands in Shanghai
Taking the rest of the world by storm, F45 Training is opening its doors soon in Shanghai within Xuhui District’s former French Concession at Jiashan Market.
Founded in the Sydney suburb of Paddington in 2014, F45 is the culmination of years of experience in the industry between Australia’s celebrity trainer, Luke Istomin and his business partner Rob Deutsch. After 10 years of working as an equities trader in London and Sydney, Rob decided it was time for something a little more rewarding. At the time, his friend Luke Istomin was really making his mark as a celebrity personal trainer. Whilst Luke was transforming Hugh Jackman for Wolverine, Rob racked his business brain on how they could together establish a health and fitness license. Together they created a new style of training called F45.
What does F45 Training offer?
F45 Training provides high-intensity circuit team training workouts. Standing for Functional Training for 45 minutes, F45 develops exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injury. A fun, fast and effective workout, F45 is particularly suited for people who want to get fit and healthy, but have significant time constraints. A motivating and enthusiastic team environment, participants are in and out within 45 minutes while training their muscles in the most effective way to see maximum results.
