AustCham Shanghai & SSGC Corporate Golf Day Recap

On Friday the 18th of October, AustCham Shanghai partnered with SSGC, Shanghai Social Golf Club to host Corporate Golf Day at the beautiful course at Lanhai International Golf Club, located on the west shore of Chongming Island.


A sunny and crisp autumn day saw 120 players enter the golf tournament in teams of four and finish all 18 holes in 5 hours, fantastic effort! Players were treated with healthy sandwiches sponsored by Henkes and gift bags were sponsored by Renascence Capital containing some crisps sponsored by SunRice to fuel the players, hats sponsored by The Azure Group to keep players sun-safe, and stubby holders sponsored by Asian Tigers Group keeping beers cool all day long. Players could also quench their thirst with an array of beers sponsored by 31Jiu | 叁壹酒 and margarita provided by Pistolera’s famous margarita cart.

To conclude the day’s activities, players enjoyed dinner and wine at Lanhai’s ballroom and a prize ceremony MC’d by GM of AustCham Shanghai Simon Woods.
