Barry Chen provides overall leadership to InterChina’s corporate finance and M&A advisory practice. He is a member of InterChina’s Management Committee and he is based in the Shanghai office. He advises global Fortune 1,000 multinational and Chinese clients on matters related to acquisitions, divestments, JVs, restructurings and growth strategies. Mr. Chen has over 25 years of M&A, corporate finance and strategic planning experience covering a number of industries including infrastructure/logistics, consumer, technology, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing and financial services.
