We established an in-market presence in China in 2014 with the acquisition of Summergate Fine Wines & Spirits. Summergate is recognized as one of the leading wine distributors in China with a powerful line-up of carefully selected global brands that are best-in-class for reputation, quality and value. Summergate’s brand portfolio in mainland China consists of more than 60 of the world’s finest wineries each carefully selected from 12 of the world’s leading wine producing countries.

We now operate an extensive food and beverage distribution business in China with 350 staff, 12 regional offices, 8 warehouses and 3 core business units - Fresh Food, Grocery and Wine & Spirits. Across all units we utilize multiple routes to market to service our customers in retail, E-Commerce, wholesale and HORECA sales channels throughout the Chinese Mainland, Kong Kong and Macao. Our focus is on building strong brand awareness with Chinese consumers through the careful management of our distribution network and the execution of effective marketing programs.
