Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai Welcomes New Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage Mr. Colin Van Sickle

[Shanghai, China, 25 December 2019] – Recently, Colin Van Sickle has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage, of Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai. He is in charge of food and beverage department and will lead the team to achieve the business targets for 2020 and beyond.

Originally from Canada, Colin accumulated over 15 years of food and beverage experience thoughout the hospitality industry, including the brands of Fairmont and Shangri-La. Colin is an ‘old friend’ of Jing An Shangri-La, as held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2014. In 2014, Colin transferred to Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai as Director of Food and Beverage, and then was later promoted to the position of Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage.

Currently, Colin is responsible for the management of the hotel’s six resturuants and bars, including Café Liang, Summer Palace, The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar, Calypso Restaurant & Lounge, TSURU and Lobby Lounge. We believe that he will provide the brand’s top service standard for all our valued guests.
