(corner of Guangdong Road)Mentor Walks Asia aims to bring together women from all backgrounds and experiences. Young women (Mentees) who have begun their careers walk for an hour with an established Mentor for advice, perspective and honest feedback. 
• Succeeding in our careers doesn't just happen. All of us need advice, help and networks to get clarity and opportunities.
• As entrepreneurs and businesswomen, we know that finding wise people to guide you isn't easy, so we started Mentor Walks to make it easier to find support and networks that will help you.
• We also know the research - that mentoring is a key contributor to career success; that walking and talking come easily to most women; and that exercise helps us think creatively and clearly!
• And we're very proud to have been a consistent voice as we start our 7th year of Mentor Walks in Shanghai.
• We hope you're able to join us in our mentoring journey and continue the spirit of exchange and giving back to the community we live in.

ABOUT MENTOR WALKS SHANGHAIMichelle Garnaut started Mentor Walks in 2013 in Beijing with a group of like-minded women wanting to share their experiences to help younger women who may need some honest short term mentoring. Shanghai Mentor Walks started in 2015 by key women of M on the Bund, Amcham, Britcham, Austcham & IPWS. We now have over 250 active mentors on our database who are senior executives, thought leaders, business owners, boundary pushers and achievers at the top of their fields.
Since our inception, we have collectively mentored over 4,000 women of all ages who are in the early, mid or senior stages of their careers and life development. They come from every sector and industry, from corporate to government, business, not-for-profits and start-ups. Each one is looking to step forward in her career. And we find the most remarkable thing is everyone learns from each other, be they a mentor or mentee there are always opportunities to share experiences and grow together.We look forward to seeing you in the future and thank all of you who participated and made the event a great success.
