AustCham Shanghai Hosts 2017 Annual General Meeting
AustCham Shanghai thanks all members who attended this year’s Annual General Meeting.
We would like to notify all members and guests who were unable to attend the AGM that all resolutions were passed and the board of directors were elected for the 2017-2019 term.
This year we received eight nominations for five vacancies on the board. We would like to thank all of the nominees and congratulate newly elected board directors John Boyle and Heather Smith, and re-elected board directors Simon Lance, John O’Shea and Craig Weightman. They join Craig Aldous, Alan Chang, June Fu, Paul Glasson and Susan Heffernan in leading AustCham Shanghai in 2017 - 2018.
