The Austcham Shanghai membership is overflowing with amazing women in positions of leadership. Those women have led initiatives at the Chamber like the Elevate: Women in Business Forum and Mentor Walks - that help connect professionals with female leaders who can share their experiences and expertise.
This year to celebrate International Women’s Day we asked some of these leaders what advice they would give to their younger self.
There is always more to do as we strive to create better more equitable communities, careers, and workplaces for women. We believe it starts by ensuring our community is led equally by women - like Joanne Warrin, Lucy Du, Stephanie Liu, Caroline Zhou, Daphne Tuijn, Joanna Hutchins, and the many others that aren’t in this video.
