Florian has more than 10 years of experience in the tech industry. He possesses a deep understanding of the digital landscape both in China and in Europe, where he confidently delivered large, complex projects for clients such as GAP, Swatch, Sunglass Hut, and many more. With a software development background and a passion for innovation, he oversees all projects from the very beginning till the end, ensuring even the smallest details are taken care of.

Kai is Chairman and Partner of JINGdigital, the leading digital marketing automation company in China. Kai has more than 15 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to JINGdigital, Kai founded Capvision Group, the largest knowledge sourcing company in the Asia Pacific, and Babymap, a leading Social E-Commerce platform for K5 in China. Kai has also worked for Siemens, Bain & Company, and served as Managing Director of Cisco Systems. Kai holds an MBA from Wharton School of Business, MA from University of Pennsylvania and MSc from TH Aachen, Germany.
