ACI Shanghai Glass Company Limited was formed as a JV in 1993, and is a group member of O-I China. O-I China is comprised of 6 glass bottle manufacturers (ACI Shanghai, O-I Tianjin, O-I Zhaoqing, OI Wuhan, O-I Xianxian & O-I Sichuan) and O-I Tianjin Mould, a manufacturer of metal moulds for the glass container industry. These companies make up the largest glass bottle manufacturer in China. Our regional office is based in Melbourne, Australia. Headquarter is Owens-Illinois Inc, based in Toldeo, Ohio, USA. O-I is the largest glass container manufacturer in the world, with one in every two containers manufactured by companies either wholly owned or associated with O-I. ACI Shanghai Glass manufactures high quality glass bottles for the Beer, Wine, Soft Drink and Food segments. The factory operates 365 days per year, and has a product range of over 200 different bottle designs. Major customers are Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser beer), Suntory, Jin Feng Rice Wine, Amoy Soy Sauce, Jing Ao Milk, and China Resources Brewery (CRB) etc.
