About CSR

AustCham Shanghai runs an active Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and annually donates to nominated charitable organisations operating within China. Over the past 25 years The AustCham Shanghai has donated more than RMB 5.6 million.

Our CSR partners for the 2020 and 2021 period include Chunhui Children's Foundation, Lifeline Shanghai, The Renewal Center, Shanghai Sunrise, HandsOn Shanghai. The Chamber will partner with these organisations for the next two years.

Through a range of events provided for our membership base, we will be able to leverage the collective will of our members, and the Australian business community to give back to the city and community that we love.

AustCham Shanghai also runs a Request for Proposal (RFP) process so as to inform and engage community partners who would like to be part of our ongoing CSR program. We will run the next RFP process in late 2021.

If you are interested or able to help support our CSR program by donating raffle and auction prizes, please contact: anna-may.isbey@austchamshanghai.com.
