Any individual subscribing to AustCham Shanghai's Mission, and not qualifying for other available membership categories.

Student and Recent Graduate discount

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria: Any full-time student OR any recent graduate (up to two years of tertiary studies or vocational skills institute of any type) subscribing to AustCham Shanghai's mission. Applicants 18 years of age and over. Students are required to provide study program details and current full-time student identification. Graduates must apply within two years of graduation and provide graduation certificate. Student and alumni membership is limited to a period of time ending three years after the date of graduation.

Fee: 450 RMB + 6% VAT

Student/Recent Graduate Membership Benefits are same as Individual Membership benefits.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is approved at the discretion of AustCham Shanghai Secretariat and Board of Directors. Future membership application from any company whose past AustCham Shanghai membership has lapsed for any reason will proceed as new membership applicants. If any membership benefits are offered to long term continuing members based on number of years of membership, then length of membership will be calculated from the date since which current membership has been continuous over years (not any prior date or period).

Questions, appeals or suggestions about membership, including payment can be made to Secretariat staff by telephone (021)6149 0600 or by email to AustCham Shanghai on admin@austchamshanghai.com. Decisions of the Board of Directors will be given in writing as necessary and for any current question on payments be final. AustCham Shanghai membership policy will be reviewed periodically, and any resulting policy amendments will be notified promptly and clearly to all members.
