Small Business Discount

Eligibility Criteria

AustCham Shanghai offers a 2-year discount for small businesses meeting one of the following criteria:

Manufacturing company with fewer than 100 employees worldwide

Services company with fewer than 20 employees worldwide

Less than $A5 million annual turnover worldwide

5,050 RMB + 6% VAT

Associate Members are not eligible for the small business discount.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is approved at the discretion of AustCham Shanghai Secretariat and Board of Directors. Future membership application from any company whose past AustCham Shanghai membership has lapsed for any reason will proceed as new membership applicants. If any membership benefits are offered to long term continuing members based on number of years of membership, then length of membership will be calculated from the date since which current membership has been continuous over years (not any prior date or period).

Questions, appeals or suggestions about membership, including payment can be made to Secretariat staff by telephone (021)6149 0600 or by email to AustCham Shanghai on admin@austchamshanghai.com. Decisions of the Board of Directors will be given in writing as necessary and for any current question on payments be final. AustCham Shanghai membership policy will be reviewed periodically, and any resulting policy amendments will be notified promptly and clearly to all members.
