Strong HR management can have a considerable impact on your company’s performance in China’s increasingly competitive marketplace. Foreign businesses may find it difficult to find the best talent and to navigate China’s complex labour regulations when hiring or terminating employees.

AustCham Shanghai welcomes industry experts Burkhard Eissing, General Manager of recruitment firm PRP Solutions and Adam Livermore, Partner at Dezan Shira and Associates, to offer practical advice on how to recruit, hire and fire staff in China. The event will cover several topics of vital importance to business owners and HR managers, including:

- Particularities of Chinese talent recruitment
- Hands-on tips to find your next staff in China
- Legal issues to consider when hiring new employees
- Key points employers should pay attention to during the termination process

Our two experts will share their experiences in a Q&A discussion following their presentations.
