Briefing on Transfer Pricing Updates

During this exclusive breakfast briefing, Tony Gorgas, KPMG’s APAC Transfer Pricing Leader based in Sydney and his KPMG China colleagues will share the latest transfer pricing developments in Australia and China.

The transfer pricing world is undergoing revolutionary change as a result of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project that the G20/OECD has been carrying out over the past three years. Australia, one of the leading countries in the BEPS Project, introduced a lot of domestic legislation to localise BEPS recommendations. Additionally, the government recently proposed further changes to Australia’s transfer pricing environment.

China released its revised transfer pricing documentation and reporting requirements in July, localising BEPS Action 13 recommendations into domestic law. In the coming months, we expect a number of additional Circulars to be released by the State Administration in the transfer pricing space.

Join us to hear the latest developments on transfer pricing and how it may impact your organisation.
