Valentine's Day dinner including Dried Salmon Carpaccio Served with
Fennel Salad; Leek and Asparagus Soup Topped with Oyster Gratin;
Heart-shaped Ravioli filled with Ricotta Cheese and Quail Egg in
Butter Truffle Sauce; Grilled Baby Lobster, Goose Liver, Ink Squid

The gourmet dinner is available from 5:30 pm to 10 pm at RMB
