
Retail Sales Manager / Director:
Responsibilities:
- 1. This position reports to VP & GM of Asia directly,
responsible for brand building & sales results under
"Pacific Coast" brand.
- 2. Define retail strategy to sell into expats and luxury
segments in China, starting from Shanghai.
- 3. Define and build sales channels and manage retail sales
revenues and P&L.
- 4. Generate results from our B2C site www.pacificcoast.com.cn
- 5. Define retail policy and customer service policy to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in fashion retail business or
in luxury goods.
- 2. China work experience is preferred.
- 3. Hands-on experience on retail sales to deliver sales
results.
- 4. Result oriented and with strong business sense.
- 5. People oriented; self motivated and able to work under
pressure.
- 6. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal
skills.
- 7. Native English speaker, fluent in both English and
Chinese.
Ecommerce Account Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop online sales plan and manage online retail
P&L;
- 2. Responsible for online retail account management, build
strong partnership and strategic collaboration;
- 3. Responsible for integrated business plan development and
deployment for all pure play on-line stores;
- 4. Responsible for online sales annual target: turnover and
market share;
- 5. Participate in CRM strategy development to drive maximum
synergy across different consumer touch points.
Requirements:
- 1. Degree holder in Business/ Marketing/ E-commerce or related
discipline
- 2. At least 5-10 years relevant working experience
- 3. A strong creative and intuitive sense complimented by solid
business acumen, track record in delivering sales results
- 4. Deep understanding on how to execute web promotions, email
programs, website development and Digital creative to manage
Digital marketing projects
- 5. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and
English
- 6. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
