Soozar is looking for a Business Development Manager to
identify, prioritize and secure new Business Development
opportunities for the company. This is a Shanghai based position
with potential growth to a regional and/or international
role.
Position - Luxury Fashion Retail Displays and
Mannequins - Business Development
Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Evaluation - market
research)
Understand & analyze market segments
Collect & update brands & retail projects.
Analyze market by channel (flagship, mall/shopping center, dept
stores, etc)
Identify, prioritize and secure new Business Development
opportunities for the company
Business Development (Negotiation)
Influence landlords, department stores managers, real estate agents
and design agencies to introduce Soozar as one of their preferred
suppliers.
Develop direct relationships with fashion brand key personnel
involved in store development and design.
Negotiate business terms according to the company's requirements,
cooperate with internal finance and design department on finalizing
proposals.
Networking / Market Insights
Build independent relationships with brand management,
market peers, real estate agents, landlords, etc.
Identify exhibitions / road shows / marketing opportunities
Attend conferences on market development, luxury market, etc.
Assist in identifying new Soozar team members during
meetings/travel & advise GM of potential candidates.
Skill Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems (eg.Sales
Force)
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawing reading

least 3 years experience in retail or luxury brand
Minimum 3 years experience in business development
