They are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our
customer service team. You will be dealing with our retail
customers directly via phone, live support & emails.
Your role will include but not limited to the
following:
- Handle English speaking customer inquiries through email /
live support and phone.
- Update data in our order management system on a daily
basis.
- Attend weekly training on various topics directly related to
the business and handling customers.
- Other task assigned by customer service manager /
supervisor.
The candidate will have the following
competencies
- Fluent in English with good writing skills with CET-8 English
Level or equivalent.
- Good command of second foreign language like French, German,
Japanese, Dutch etc. is a plus.
- Be able to commit 4-5 working days in a week.
- Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work under
pressure
- Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature &
balanced reasoning
- Have a positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward
in career
- Work well in a multi-cultural team environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
The internship salary ranges from 2000-4000 RMB per month,
however further full time opportunities are likely to exist for the
right applicants.
