We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be involved in handling our retail customers.

Your role will include:

  • Dealing with ongoing customer service inquiries via phone, email or live support
  • Dealing with unhappy customers or escalated matters to resolve disputes in a satisfactory manner
  • Attending weekly training on various customer service and operational topics 
  • Working the North American Shift of 11pm-8am 5 Days a Week (or 4pm-1am)

The candidate will have the following competencies

  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines
  • Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
  • Have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to move forward in career
  • Tenacious can do, make it happen, street wise attitude
  • Have excellent time management & documentation skills
  • Fluency in English, other languages (esp European) is a bonus
  • B2C Customer Service Experience a bonus
