We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our
team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be
involved in handling our retail customers.
Your role will include:
- Dealing with ongoing customer service inquiries via phone,
email or live support
- Dealing with unhappy customers or escalated matters to resolve
disputes in a satisfactory manner
- Attending weekly training on various customer service and
operational topics
- Working the North American Shift of 11pm-8am 5 Days a Week (or
4pm-1am)
The candidate will have the following
competencies
- Have strong communication skills
- Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to
deadlines
- Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature &
balanced reasoning
- Have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to move forward
in career
- Tenacious can do, make it happen, street wise attitude
- Have excellent time management & documentation skills
- Fluency in English, other languages (esp European) is a
bonus
- B2C Customer Service Experience a bonus
