Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Objective:
Responsible for membership sales and service of membership
base.
Responsibility:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Build and leverage relationships with various member sources
including but not limited to; conferences, seminars, community
based organizations, public speaking events, associations, MBA/EMBA
alumni etc. to acquire new members and expand membership base.
- Actively and creatively develop new members through the whole
process, from initial contact to finally engage members.
- Execute good membership management and enhance client
satisfaction.
- Assist Marketing Manager for information collections, attend
promotional events.
- Attend internal peer group meeting to better understand
clients' requirements and propose program update and
adjustment.
Job Specifications:
- MBA graduates from business school of CEIBS, or Chang Keung, or
JiaoTong AnTai.
- Minimum 3 years experience in selling high-end business service
products to senior executives.
- Excellent English and Chinese in both speaking and
writing.
- Excellent socializing, presentation and inter-personal skills
in a trustworthy and convincing manner.
- Active networker, initiative self-driven, perform well under
pressure, resilient in front of setbacks.
