1).
Senior Associate (Native Chinese speaker with
strong English proficiency or a long-term Expat with strong
Chinese).
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
BCG is seeking experienced candidates for a fast-track position
leading into equity partnership in the firm. We're seeking a
mature, confident, self-starter with 5-10 years of business
experience.
Candidates should have a strong track record of professional
work experience in China (and/or abroad), with good presentation
and analytical skills as well as sound interpersonal skills.
Candidates should have the confidence and expertise to make a
strong contribution to business growth by working in a leadership
role with the existing team. The candidate's skills and experience
should compliment those of the existing team. Candidates should
hold qualifications in business, law or accounting, have an
entrepreneurial spirit and a long-term commitment to business
consulting in China. Compensation is negotiable.
2) Senior Project Manager / Senior Consultant
(Native Chinese speakers only).
Location: Beijing.
Selection
Criteria
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and
English.
- Experience and ability to lead and work with a small
team.
- Consulting / project management experience.
- Good understanding of the common issues faced by foreign
investors / companies operating in China and ability to problem
solve / identify solutions.
- Strong logic and well developed analytical skills.
- Market research / due diligence skills highly regarded.
- Good people skills, experience dealing with Western
clients.
- Relevant background in accounting and/or law is desirable but not
essential.
- Relevant overseas qualifications and 3-5 years experience
preferred.
3). Project Manager / Consultant (Native
Chinese speakers only).
Location: Beijing
Selection Criteria
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and
English (oral and written)
- A willingness to learn and practical ability to get things done.
A can-do attitude is essential.
- Good interpersonal / communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years work experience. Accounting qualifications /
experience with accounting & tax is preferred but not
essential.
- Consulting and project management experience also highly
desirable. Experience in PR and Business Journalism will also be
considered.
- Overseas experience / experience dealing with Western
organizations / clients is desirable.
