2010.

For your information, the following three special resolutions
will be voted on by membership at AGM 2010.
Membership categories and fees 2010-2011;
Vote on proposed Life Memberships; and
Amendment to the Australian Chamber of Commerce Shanghai Articles
of Association (rev 2007) - regarding Proxy limits in future
elections.

The opportunity for Voting Members to formally register to
attend and vote at AGM 2010 closed at 4pm sharp yesterday (28
June). At that time, the quorum for AGM 2010 was set at 48 Voting
Members or their duly appointed Proxies attending in person.
Please note: Voting Members not attending the AGM may duly
appoint Proxy up to 4pm today (29 June).
Voting Members appointing Proxy to attend and vote on their
behalf may register their non-attendance using the RSVP Form and
duly appoint a Proxy using the Proxy Form. If the Proxy appointed
has not already registered their attendance, they need to do so
using the RSVP Form before 4pm today (29 June).

Late attendance / non-attendance registrations today are
exceptional case late registrations allowed only if a Voting Member
appoints a Proxy today.
