The Great Australian Ball XIV will be held on 12 September 2009
and AustCham Shanghai requires volunteers to assist in preparing
for the Ball, set up on the evening as well as assistance
throughout the event.
Duties
The volunteers will have the following duties:
- Filling show bags
- Setting up auction tables
- Placing programs and menus on tables
- Decorate tables
- Place showbags on seats
- Spotting auction bidders
- Manning the 'bucking bull' attraction
- Other general duties and assistance throughout the evening
The volunteers will be required for shifts:
- Friday 11 September 2009, 6 - 9pm
- Saturday 12 September 2009, 12 - 3pm
- Saturday 12 September 2009, 5 - 10pm
