Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Thursday, June 30, 2010
Time: 4:00pm-6:00pm
AustCham Shanghai's AGM takes place in June each year. The AGM will
be concerned, inter alia, with the election of the new Board of
Directors and with presentation of the revised Articles of
Association for approval at the AGM.
Any member of AustCham Shanghai is eligible to attend the AGM and
to participate in debate which is specifically related to their
membership category, however only Corporate Member Representatives
in good standing and registered as attending to vote at the AGM (or
their formally appointed Proxy) may vote. Click here for details of
