The Simitri Negotiation Skills Workshop provides measurable improvements in all participants’ negotiating performance. Emphasis is on practice rather than theory.
Participants learn to use negotiating strategies and tactics, mainly through role-play and group exercises. Under the guidance of the Simitri Facilitator, each participant analyses his/her personal performance to ensure maximum outcomes in future negotiations.
The workshop is designed to address a variety of negotiating settings, including customer and client negotiations, supplier negotiations and internal negotiations.

Senior Consultant, Simitri
Victor has over 28 years of experience in the areas of learning and talent management, previously acting as the training lead for various Fortune 500 MNCs and local private companies.
Today as a trainer and facilitator for Simitri, Victor’s delivery approach varies according to learners’ backgrounds and skill levels He excels at explaining complicated theories using simple words and uses real life examples, interactive activities, and practical tools He typically designs classes based on the needs of clients and provides effective guidance to them when following up after a class has ended.
Prior to joining Simitri, Victor delivered hundreds of training sessions for MNCs, SOEs, and local private companies He also worked as a consultant of management and sales effectiveness, with previous clients including DHL, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, eBay,Umicore, Brother, and Bosch Siemens.
In addition, Victor spent time at IBM’s PC division in sales channel management for over eight years (an experience that greatly helped him understand client needs and how to fulfill them), as well as at Dell as a Learning and Development Manager and at Carl Zeiss as a Learning Centre Manager.
Victor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a post graduate diploma in organisation and HR management from Hong Kong University He has also taken numerous courses in negotiation, cross team communication, building sales teams, and HR management.
He speaks both fluent Mandarin and English.
