the competitive cut and thrust of the hospitality sector working
with family, building a brand and refining and delivering on the
genuine companionship of wine and food.

between wine, food and tourism. Her roles as Chairman of Tourism
Western Australia and deputy chair of Tourism Australia makes her
well qualified to discuss issues and opportunities, particularly in
future investment and growth of Perth and WA in tourism. She is
