Oversee the membership activities of AustCham Shanghai;
co-ordinate tracking of membership interests including membership

benefits to members, sponsors and the community.

Develops and coordinates the program of events; works with
the Executive Director on confirming and scheduling the program;
coordinates all aspects of management for the event including
liaison with venue/speakers/other Chambers and special interest
groups; assists with promotion to the membership and general
public; coordinate and design the implementation of AustCham
Shanghai's marketing strategies, materials, communications and
projects

Encompasses all aspects of managing the delivering of the
MOU between AustCham Shanghai & DFAT, co-ordination of key
AustCham Shanghai events to be held in the Australian Pavilion,
leveraging opportunities for members through the expo and answering
enquiries and co-ordinating communication related to Expo.

Management of all accounting and financial activities;
reporting on financial results; supporting the Executive Director
in maintaining control over income, expenses, assets and
liabilities of AustCham Shanghai; management of registration and
supervision of registration staff at events.
