Oversee the membership activities of AustCham Shanghai; co-ordinate tracking of membership interests including membership benefits and also manage the AustCham Shanghai's sponsorship program and sponsorship relationships with membership;focus on raising awareness and understanding of and improve the delivery of benefits to members, sponsors and the community.

Management of all accounting and financial activities; reporting on financial results; supporting the Executive Director in maintaining control over income, expenses, assets and liabilities of AustCham Shanghai; management of registration and supervision of registration staff at events.

Contributes to and coordinates the program of events; works with the Executive Director on confirming and scheduling the program; coordinates all aspects of management for the event including liaison with venue/speakers/other Chambers and special interest groups; assists with promotion to the membership and general public; co-ordinate and design the implementation of AustCham Shanghai's marketing strategies, materials, communications and projects
